PROPERTY WEBSITE

All of the properties we market receive a custom website featuring a gallery of professional photographs, detailed property description and virtual tour. The web address is prominently displayed on all marketing materials, giving potential buyers easy access to the site.

PHOTOGRAPHY

All of our listings are photographed by professionals who specialize in residential photography. The photographers we use are far more experienced, and therefore more expensive than other options on the market. Based on our experience, the quality of the photography has a profound impact on the quality of the rest of the marketing material that we use on every home. As with all of the marketing, we take car of the cost of the photography.

DIRECT MAIL / POSTCARDS

Because your neighbors are frequently a great resource for selling a home, we create a Direct Mail campaign that showcases your homes best features with beautiful photography.

OPEN HOUSES

We aggressively promote your Open Houses through e-blasts, social media campaigns, postcard mailers, and in website /MLS ads. We have found that the large attendance we get at the open houses creates a level of excitement and often contributes to the high number of offers that come in. Busy open houses make potential buyers feel like the home is more desirable. This contributes directly to our strong sales statistics.
