We will work with you to unleash your home’s value and, if improvements or repairs are called for, work directly with vendors on cost-effective improvements, ensuring the work is done on time and on budget. Ask us for the “Before and After” looks at many of the homes we have sold; typically, our vendors are able to do work that results in a 1.5X to 3X return on the improvements cost. Ask us about our Concierge Program for the times when funds are not available to you as a seller to do the improvements that can result in significantly higher net income to you at closing.
DISCLOSURES

Under California law, sellers face signifcant liability if they fail to disclose a material issue to a buyer. Agents are not permitted to provide any legal advice related to the disclosures; however, we have licensed California attorneys available to answer all of your disclosure related questions and guide you through the forms.
MARKETING

Our marketing team works with a professional photographer to showcase your home in prominent online marketing, and in beautiful custom brochures. Our team also will create and launch a custom website of your home, featuring a photo gallery, a video tour, and property information. We cover ALL of these cost for our clients.
OPEN HOUSE

We organize broker tours and public open houses that are aggressively marketed for optimal attendance.
OFFERS AND SALE

We will work with you throughout the negotiation process to make sure you achieve the highest possible price and best terms. We also will guide you through the escrow process and provide a Timeline for the Transaction.
CLOSE OF ESCROW AND KEY EXCHANGE

Once the sale of your house is offical and has been recorded with the county, we will notify you directly and make sure you receive a digital copy of the Final Closing Statement. All keys will be provided to the buyers. Congratulations!
